Flexibility is important in every day life. When you start gaining muscle, if you do not stretch properly, not only will you have increased muscle soreness, but you will lose flexibility and range of motion in your joints.
Stretch classes are especially beneficial for dancers and gymnasts as it will push your limits and aim to increase your flexibility, in order to help you reach your goals.
